Qasim is a managing director in our Life Sciences Advisory commercial practice. He has almost 20 years of experience assisting life sciences companies with commercial planning, pipeline strategy, launch strategy, market access strategy, business development and post-launch effectiveness. His experience spans both consulting leadership and commercial roles within industry.
Qasim works with companies to define their future health care and life sciences strategy and the commercial operating models required to execute. This includes identifying relevant opportunities with the greatest growth potential, identifying core functional capabilities (including commercial, IT, people, process) to drive value, conducting gap and M&A assessments, and developing financial business cases and executional plans for each opportunity.
Qasim has a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He also received a Strategic Marketing Management Certificate from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
