Ram is a managing director with Ernst & Young LLP People Advisory Services focused on education, government and public sector clients. With more than 20 years of diverse experience across a variety of public and private sector companies, he has helped clients derive improved performance and value through integrated change management, aligning with university and state agency strategies. He focuses on work reimagined, HR operating models and managing and improving organizational change readiness.

Ram earned an MS in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and has completed the Harvard Leadership Development Program. His certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt and EY Global Teaming in the Digital Age.
