Rebecca is Executive Director in the Washington Council Ernst & Young (WCEY) practice of Ernst & Young LLP, focusing on tax legislation and regulation.
Prior to joining WCEY, Rebecca worked in the National Transaction Tax Group of Ernst & Young LLP, where she prepared submissions to the Internal Revenue Service, including request for rulings and technical explanations of transactions. Rebecca’s work also included planning corporate acquisitions and dispositions that involved Section 355 distributions, cross-border reorganizations, and consolidated group transactions. Rebecca has extensive government experience.
Rebecca earned her J.D. from Loyola University of New Orleans in 1999, and her LL.M. from Georgetown University in 2008. Rebecca is a member of the Florida and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
