Richard is a managing director in the Consulting Services practice. He brings over 30 years of construction, facilities, program, project management and engineering experience to his role, advising clients on capital projects and construction across three continents. His experience includes facilities planning and construction, and asset maintenance and operations.
He has served as Senior Project Manager, Facilities Director, Director of Engineering and Naval Officer, and led teams of over 2,000 people while managing programs valued in excess of $450 million.
Richard has an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from the University of Reading, a post-graduate diploma in Project Management from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a BSc in Engineering from University of Leicester. He is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Engineering and Technology, a Program Management Professional with the Project Management Institute, and a Certified Construction Manager with the Construction Management Association of America.
