How Rick is building a better working world
Rick has gained tremendous experience over the years working with a wide range of global and domestic companies, and with large groups of our own people. This has enabled Rick to develop and promote strategies around how work is done that recognizes the unique nature of each of the clients and people he interfaces with.
A key success factor for Rick is that he recognizes and highly values the benefits of diversity, and thus seeks to understand and include the input of people with experiences and perspectives that are different from his own. The result is the implementation of flexible solutions that seek to take advantage of strengths, facilitate personal and group development and are otherwise more motivating and sustainable.
