As a managing director in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice, Roxanne assists finance leaders in addressing the strategic finance and accounting challenges facing their business, whether it’s transforming the finance function or preparing for transformational events, by providing practical market insights and access to technical resources.
She serves clients primarily across the consumer products, agricultural ingredients, and life sciences sectors, covering broad financial transformation events (e.g., enterprise transactions including M&A, divestitures and IPOs, finance function operating model design, accounting and reporting process and controls optimization, and enterprise resource planning implementations) and specific topics (e.g., gross to net operational processes and reporting, clinical trial accruals and forecasting, life sciences commercialization, and trade accounting).
Roxanne has a BS in Accountancy and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a licensed CPA in Illinois.

I am passionate about community service and strengthening those around me. As the leader of the EY Chicago office’s Ripples Task Force, I lead our office’s corporate responsibility platform and volunteer efforts. I also serve on the Ladder Up Advisory Board and volunteer with Ladder Up’s Tax Assistance Preparation volunteer program, providing free tax preparation services to low-income individuals and families.
