Sarah serves as a senior manager in the Insurance & Federal Claims Services practice based in Austin, Texas. With extensive experience at Ernst & Young LLP and previous firms, she focuses on helping various state and local agencies navigate and design compliant grant oversight programs for a range of federal programs, including the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA); FEMA Public Assistance (PA) and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP); HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs including CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT; and CARES Act funding.

Sarah is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has a BA in Accounting from Texas A&M University – Central Texas.
