Transitioning to the private sector 10 years ago, Sarah currently serves as a trusted advisor to federal, state and municipal entities on regulatory compliance and mitigating fraud, waste and abuse.

During her tenure as a contracting officer representative at the US government, Sarah oversaw the implementation of $270 million in federal funds. She was deployed as part of crisis response teams in Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. She also managed a portfolio of disaster resilience and risk reduction initiatives.

Sarah earned her dual MA in International Affairs and Geography from the University of Toronto and her BA from Syracuse University. She is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Grants Management Specialist.

Sarah shapes the future with confidence by supporting numerous clients by designing compliant recovery programs for wildfires, hurricanes and, most recently, the COVID-19 pandemic, programming over $1 billion in assistance. With her federal background, she focuses on risk-based monitoring and early detection of fraud among beneficiaries. She has consulted on over 70 distinct federal assistance programs.
