Shawn Novak

As a managing director in Investments and Special Projects, Shawn helps clients modernize and scale digital infrastructure to support evolving technological demands. In this role, he is helping build a new practice that supports clients in adapting to emerging technologies, accelerating time to market deployments and enabling faster ROI across digital infrastructure initiatives.

His career spans senior leadership roles across digital infrastructure architecture, consulting, brokerage and operations. In previous roles, Shawn has led the design and delivery of large‑scale infrastructure programs, built new practices that advance deployment approaches based on application criticality and provided sales leadership for a global operator to support advanced computing environments. He has also worked across sustainability‑focused software solutions, prefabricated modular infrastructure and adaptive reuse initiatives, helping clients advance key objectives while revitalizing existing assets.

Shawn holds a BS in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.
