Sumi is a principal in Strategy and Transactions at EY-Parthenon in San Francisco. With over 17 years of experience, she is a strategic advisor to clients leading M&A due diligence, integration, carve-outs and spin-offs. She leads the Strategy and Transaction’s Women in Technology program and coordinates diversity, equity and inclusiveness initiatives for the San Francisco office.

She has deep experience within the technology software and hi-tech industries focused on M&A, technology and digital strategy, leading to enterprise transformation and reimagination.

Sumi has a BS in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the University of Madras and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California.
