Torsdon is the International Tax and Transaction Services Integration Leader and has over 25 years of experience in advising clients on global M&A deals across a range of industries. He focuses on internal restructurings, integrations and LER projects.

Torsdon is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar. He also speaks frequently at conferences and was an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center.
