Zahra is one of the People Advisory Services’ Change and Learning leads, where she supports clients to put humans at the center of transformations. She started her career within Risk, serving financial institutions as an internal auditor and later supporting their recovery and resolution plans.

She brings approximately 15 years of client service delivery experience in financial services and government clients across Americas and EMEIA.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, Zahra has helped clients rethink their future of work strategies and impactful ways to implement them. 

Zahra has a BA in Economics and Spanish from the University of Leeds, where she graduated with honors. She qualified as a certified chartered accountant in the UK and is PROSCI certified in the US.

How Zahra is building a better working world 

In her role, Zahra has been a leader in change management and learning, focusing on creating impactful employee experiences that support adoption and accelerate successful change. 

Her passion to understand how humans can influence organizations, as well as their role in society, has led her to be at the forefront of human-led transformations. From the impact of Brexit in the UK, to Future of Work in a global pandemic, she has applied her experience and curiosity to help clients create sustainable and meaningful change.
