In our comment letter, we support the efforts of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to provide clarity on the implementation of the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins Act (GENIUS Act). We also believe that any final rule should clearly define the subject matter to include in the monthly attestation and encourage or recommend a monthly controls examination to address certain risks related to reserve asset management.
