Colm leads the EY Consulting services in Private Equity (PE) across the UK & Ireland, advising on technology, business and people transformation.
He and his team are involved at all stages of the PE lifecycle from pre-deal working with funds, through to close and particularly post-deal supporting enterprise value transformation. This also includes readiness for exit, particularly IPO track where Colm has led over 600 organizations through the IPO journey.
He is also part of a global group of PE professionals focused on AI value creation and preservation for PE funds and portfolio companies.
