Duncan, as the EY Americas Customer & Growth Leader, leverages his extensive digital and front-office experience to deliver executive insight, understanding and innovative services that drive business growth and success to clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Duncan accumulated a wealth of experience working with various Fortune 500 global organizations and industry-leading professional services businesses across sectors, including high tech, consumer, financial services and health care. His extensive knowledge and experience in the front-office span numerous disciplines, including strategy, experience design, marketing, sales and service operations, across B2B and B2C sectors and markets.
Duncan holds a degree in Executive Management from London Business School and a degree in Engineering & Management from Highbury College, UK.
