As the EY Global Business Tax Services Leader, Rob is involved in strategy, innovation, operations, talent development and quality control. He works across the globe building client relationships and fostering people development.
He has extensive experience assisting clients with tax matters across a wide range of industries including technology and consulting services, oil and gas and consumer products. His focuses on federal, international and state and local taxation, mergers and acquisitions, tax accounting matters, tax function improvements and other tax-related areas.
Rob earned a JD from Boston College Law School, a master's degree in Law from Boston University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Boston College.

During his 20 years with EY, he has held several leadership roles, including EY Americas Northeast Region Tax Leader, EY Americas Tax Excellence Program Co-Leader, working to develop leadership with EY Americas Tax senior managers. He also served as the EY Northeast Region Diversity & Inclusiveness Co-Leader, working to attract, retain and promote diverse professionals. Rob has served as a member of the EY Americas Tax Advisory Board.
