Ella is a leader in the North America Data and Analytics practice at Ernst & Young LLP.

She is passionate about supporting companies to glean more value from their data by building enterprise-wide data strategies, data products and programs that enable personalized consumer experiences and drive business results.

Prior to joining EY, Ella led the regional data team at a digital transformation agency.

Ella earned her BA at the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Cognitive Science and Psychology.
