Hemanth brings 25 years of experience in talent and mobility, helping clients and EY professionals reimagine the future of managed mobility.
He works across industries and sectors to unlock new value for clients by bringing together talent, AI, technology and the wider talent ecosystem, with human experience and simplification at the core.
He currently leads the People Advisory Services Tax Global Delivery Services team across five countries — India, Argentina, Hungary, Spain and the Philippines. In this role, he oversees strategy, management and operations, working closely with clients and EY teams around the world.
Hemanth previously served as the EY Global Smart Delivery and Global Process Owner.
More recently he is focused in helping clients and targets imagine a new world of mobility and people managed services bringing together EY’s rich talent, fast evolving technology and a simplified operate model for clients.
