Jay has led multiple implementations, assessments and improvements of shared services and global business services organizations across functions, as well as global finance transformations, including redesign of processes, organization structures and technology implementations. Jay also has significant experience with large and complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Jay graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with bachelor’s degrees in accounting and information systems. He lives in Ann Arbor, MI, with his wife and children.
