Karen leads the EY Americas Power & Utilities Sector.
She has more than 20 years of experience helping power and utility clients transform their operations to integrate digital technologies and respond to changing customer and regulatory demands. Before assuming the Americas Power & Utilities leadership role, Karen served as the lead client partner at two of the firm’s largest utility clients and was instrumental in building the cross-functional team that implemented a first-of-its-kind digital transformation program at a major utility.
She received an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and a BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
