With more than 20 years of experience, Luciene is a partner in the Assurance practice with a client service focus in life sciences. She is also fluent in the technology and diversified industrial products sectors. She has served high-growth, domestic and foreign companies, both public and private equity backed.

Luciene has experience assisting companies with complex accounting and financial reporting issues, such as business combinations, spin-offs, capital transactions and revenue recognition. She has led audits of multinational companies, providing effective coordination of EY global affiliates and services.

Luciene is a CPA in Texas. She obtained her Accounting degree from Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Minas Gerais (Brazil) and a Finance post-graduate degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (Brazil). She also has successfully completed the Harvard Leadership Program through Harvard Business School Publishing.
