Phil is the Central Region ERM leader in the US Consulting Risk Transformation Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. He has over 25 years of broad risk management, strategic planning, finance and operations experience and an extensive background in ERM (more than 15 years).
Prior to consulting, Phil held several strategic and functional leadership roles in industry in logistics, supply chain, finance and risk management and he successfully launched global ERM programs for two F100 companies from the ground up. He serves on the North Carolina State University Enterprise Risk Management Initiative Advisory Board and is frequently sought after as a speaker and contributing author on how to link ERM and strategy based on firsthand knowledge.
