Saumil is an EY-Parthenon managing director with 25 years of experience helping companies drive top-line growth by uncovering new customer segments, launching new markets, refining product portfolios, redesigning the customer experience, and enhancing direct sales forces and routes to market. He helps clients in the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) and advanced manufacturing and mobility sectors realize value from transactions (mergers, divestitures and joint ventures) by designing commercial strategies and operating models to achieve deal objectives.

Prior to EY-Parthenon, Saumil worked at both global and boutique consulting firms, helping clients in the TMT sector design go-to-market and product development strategies and execution roadmaps to drive top-line growth. Saumil also served in product management and product development roles at a leading communication and mobile technology company.

How Saumil is building a better working world 

Saumil is passionate about making education accessible to underprivileged children. He supports institutions, such as Ekal Vidyalaya, Rotary International and other social organizations in India, in their initiatives to expand access to education. Saumil is also passionate about building diverse and global teams. He leads the EY-Parthenon Commercial Strategy practice’s initiative to grow global delivery teams that bring diverse talent and experiences.
