Disaster Grant Compliance Services

We provide federal disaster grant management and oversight services grant recipients and subrecipients through the entire grant lifecycle, including project formulations, subrecipient monitoring, financial documentation support, procurement assistance, strategic funding advice, mitigation applications, reporting, grant closeout, appeals and audits. We are well-versed in major US federal disaster grant programs, including FEMA’s Public Assistance program, FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, Federal Highway Administration grants, HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Disaster Recovery, CDBG Mitigation, FEMA’s Urban Areas Security Initiative.

Insurance

We help clients to accurately measure, document and prepare complex insurance claims. These insurance claims can include property damage and business interruption insurance claims, extra expense, contingent time element, cyber, product recall, builder’s risk, special event and liability depending on the nature of the event.

  • Deliver on financial recovery goals: We assist in measuring the quantum of the claim, focus on cash advances and assist in settlement discussions.
  • Streamline claims recovery process: We work with you to develop strategic claims recovery plan, collect and manage voluminous data and develop a claims cadence with the carriers.
  • Coordinate stakeholders: We assist in educating internal and external stakeholders on the claims process and the company’s business. This includes coordinating the flow of information between the adjuster, accountants and brokers.
