  • Christin E. Bøsterud, CEO EY Norway, will talk about EY’s diversity and inclusion agenda and how the SHE Index – Powered by EY can help individual organizations develop their D&I agenda and assess how far they have come. 
  • Kia Haring, Head of Communications and Sustainability from SHE Index participant TietoEVRY will share how they have used the SHE Index to measure the practices they have implemented for change.

The SHE Index – Powered by EY in brief 

The SHE Index – Powered by EY has helped companies assess the status of their gender balance and other diversity and inclusiveness practices in Norway since 2018 and in Sweden since 2020 it is now available for Finnish organizations for the first time (Press release). More than 210 companies have already used the tool to measure the practices they have implemented for change. 

The deadline for organizations to participate in the SHE Index – Powered by EY survey is 20th February 2022. Organizations can participate in the index survey annually and use it to monitor the development of diversity and inclusion in their practices. Participation is free of charge. The SHE Index – Powered by EY tool can be found at sheindex.com/fi. By joining the index, companies take an important step in being a part of the journey towards greater diversity and inclusion.
