ベトナム、多数物品の輸出関税および特恵輸入関税率、CKD優遇関税措置の更新
ベトナム 輸出関税および特恵輸入関税アップデート カスタムアラート｜No.05／2021
2021年11月15日、ベトナム政府は、政令122／2016／ND-CP、政令125／2017／ND-CP、および政令57／2020／ND-CPのいくつかの条文を修正・補足する政令101／2021／ND-CP（政令101）を発表しました。
政令101では、以下の注目すべき点が規定されています。
- 多数の物品の輸出関税率および最恵国（MFN）輸入関税率が更新されました。
- 輸入自動車部品に対する税制優遇措置（CKD税制優遇措置）の適用において「自動車用エンジンECU」が品目分類98.49に追加されました。
- CKD税制優遇措置の対象条件が更新されました。
- CKD税制優遇措置の有効期間が2027年12月31日まで延長されました。
政令101は2021年12月30日に発効します。
