Iwan serves as the EY Asean and Asia-Pacific Buy and Integrate Connected Capital Solutions Leader, as well as head of EY-Parthenon Indonesia.
He has over 15 years of consulting and transactional experience, gained through working in the manufacturing, consumer, financial, agribusiness and supply chain sectors.
He has led several commercial projects during his career, ranging from instituting sound due diligence, market assessments, portfolio management and rationalization, restructuring, to capital fund raising engagements for public and private organizations.
Iwan has helped major companies in Indonesia develop their respective growth strategy. He has also led numerous significant market entry, expansion, and buy and integration initiatives in various industries including, but not limited to, advanced manufacturing and mobility, and financial services.
Prior to joining EY, Iwan was an Associate Partner and Director of Business Development at a prestigious US management consultancy in Jakarta focusing on strategy, turnaround, and corporate restructuring.
