Josie is a Asia-Pacific Principal with EY-Parthenon Strategy and Transactions teams at Ernst & Young LLP, with a focus on technology and industrial clients.
She advises executives on how to plan and execute complex transaction programs, from acquisition integration and divestiture to broader operating model design and organizational change. Her hands-on approach helps clients to realize their strategic goals and create values.
Her experience covers cross-border transactions and broad value chain transformation.
Previously, Josie was a partner at a global technology consulting company, focusing on operations strategy and value creation.
Josie earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She also holds an MS in Management Information Systems from University of Arizona and BBA in Finance and Accounting from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
