Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, Mike was a managing director and co-head of an investment bank’s Global Finance Analytics team, where he worked with clients in developing analytical tools relating to valuation, decision-making and optimal capital structure.
He has advised clients across many industries, helped companies raise over US$200 billion in capital, and helped execute over US$100 billion in M&A transactions.
Mike earned a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed select coursework from the Wharton School of Business."
