Neil is a partner in the Transaction Strategy and Execution team of Ernst & Young LLP, which provides operational advice to clients across the transaction lifecycle together with operational value creation services.
Before joining EY-Parthenon in 2021, he worked in a variety of operational, commercial and management positions in the chemicals sector. He also served as the M&A operations team of a global private equity (PE) firm and was a senior director for a company that focused on PE value creation in the consumer goods, business services and industrials sector.
Neil has an MBA from Cass Business School (London) and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Queens University Belfast.
