Sylvain co-leads the pricing strategy team in the UK. 

He advises both B2B and B2C clients on their pricing strategy, execution and governance, from diagnostic to implementation.

He has an advanced analytical background and, uses a data-driven approach to reveal areas of opportunity and their magnitude to clients. This includes building dashboards supporting better visibility and control, as well as the design of machine learning enabled pricing engines.

He works across sectors with a focus on consumer products and retail and private equity, helping clients to use pricing as a lever on value creation plans.

Prior to joining the EY team, Sylvain spent 10 years working with strategy consultancies.

Sylvain holds an MPhil in Industrial System Manufacturing and Management from the University of Cambridge and a Diplome d’Ingénieur from the École Centrale de Lyon.
