Fergal O'Leary

Redefining working fatherhood

Fergal O’Leary, named the EY Working Dad of the Year, was recognized by Seramount for being a catalyst for cultural change. Fergal established a fathers’ support group in his local office to encourage open dialogue on men’s roles in parenting while managing work and life and proves every day that successful careers and active parenting can go hand in hand.
