Alexandra Loran

As EY Global Tax Data, Knowledge and AI Leader, Alex leads a visionary team transforming how complex client challenges are solved, driving market strategy for innovative tax services, and embedding data and AI across EY Tax.

With 20+ years as an International Tax lawyer in Paris and London, Alex has advised global clients on strategic change, complex M&A, and supply chain transformation. She also serves as Global Tax Account Lead for several MNEs in the Luxury, Consumer & Health sectors.

Previously as the EY EMEIA Tax Deputy Leader, Alex oversaw strategy and operations for 31,000 professionals across 98 countries. She also led the rollout of the EY organization’s Next Wave innovation strategy as EMEIA Innovation Leader.

Alex holds degrees from Sciences-Po Paris and the Law University of Nancy, and a joint Global Business Law degree from Paris I La Sorbonne, in partnership with Columbia and Cornell Law Schools.
