A partner in the EY Consulting services with over 18 years of experience, Annie has completed multiple projects in both the Strategy and People Advisory Services areas of the Consulting practice, as well as for the EY organization. Trusted by the leaders of some of Canada’s largest organizations, Annie helps clients with strategic transformations. This includes developing the strategy and goals, to facilitating and implementing decisions.
Annie brings experience and certification in design thinking, effortlessly embedding human centered design into her projects. With a passion for challenging the status quo, and regardless of the size or scope of the project, Annie focuses on communicating and engaging with stakeholders to help changes stick.
Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria and a Human Resources Management certificate from the University of Calgary. She is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources.
