Ayan is the Global Client Services Partner for a leading power and utility client, responsible for high-quality delivery of a range of EY services.
Ayan previously led the EY Identity Access Management (IAM) team for the Americas and lead two successful integrations of external firms. Ayan served as the presiding partner for the Consulting Partner Forum and served as the voice of Ernst & Young LLP partners as a member of the Global Governance Council, Americas Advisory Council and US Partner Principal Council.
Ayan has an MBA in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and regularly presents at leading cybersecurity conferences. He attended the Strategic Leadership Program with Harvard Business School.
