Brian leads the EY Global Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services (TARAS). He has over 20 years of diverse experience advising audit and non-audit clients globally on complex tax accounting and reporting topics, including acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, IPOs, strategic planning, tax function performance and internal controls.
Prior to assuming his current role, Brian was a partner in the US National Tax – TARAS practice. Currently a resident in Dallas, Texas, Brian lived in China for seven years, during which he led the EY TARAS services in EY Greater China. He has also served as Tax Account Leader to a select number of multinational clients.
Brian holds an MA in Taxation and a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
