Cheryl co-developed an integrated methodology and toolset to help activate the firm’s new purpose, vision and strategy. She also served as the Global Strategy Leader in Advisory, where she launched the Purpose-Led Transformation offering in the marketplace for clients.
Cheryl introduced new research in collaboration with the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and HBR Analytic Services on the topic of using purpose to transform and drive new levels of growth and innovation.
