Claus leads our global Program Management services, helping our clients deliver outcomes that grow, optimize and protect their businesses.
He has spent over 20 years working on major transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies and government departments in the asset management, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, power and utilities, transport, healthcare and mining industries.
As an experienced program director and steering group member, he helps our clients with both strategy development and hands-on program implementation. He has worked on international capital infrastructure projects, business transformations and technology-enabled programs.
Claus has a BBA in Business Administration and Management and an MSc in Business and Economics from Aarhus University, an MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Project Management diploma from Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School Executive Education programs in General Management and Professional Services.
