Cynthia is a Partner in EY Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services (TARAS). She has over 17 years of experience providing income tax accounting and advisory services to domestic and multinational clients across various industries. She has significant experience working with clients on technical tax accounting matters relating to complex transactions, business combinations and divestitures, including multinational carve-out sale and spin-off transactions.
Cynthia graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New York.
