He has 28 years of financial and global client delivery experience based on leading global programs across finance, HR, IT and supply chain in both B2B and B2C operating environments. Dorian has technical experience in finance transformation, process reengineering, shared service and outsourcing operating models, performance management as well as project and change management. He has led global initiatives that have improved quality, reduced costs and sustained measurable performance while managing scope and budget.
Working primarily within the media, entertainment and technology sectors, Dorian also has sector experience in consumer and industrial products and professional services.
He has held leadership roles on over $20m programs designed and executed to make change happen, directly managing teams of more than 50 people globally.
