Dovid is EY Global Real Estate Investment Fund Services Leader. In this role, he directs our strategy for EY real estate fund clients around the world.
Having spent more than 24 years in the real estate, hospitality and construction sector, he has diverse accounting, auditing and advisory experience serving clients in the real estate and financial services industries.
His experience includes large real estate funds that own numerous projects, including land developments, commercial developments and operating hotel, office, retail and multifamily properties globally.
He is also skilled in due diligence with property acquisitions and securitizations, litigation support for real estate property owners, ascertaining accuracy of real estate private equity fund performance, testing compliance with contractual agreements and cash flow modeling in accordance with contractual agreements.
Dovid holds a BS in Accounting from Yeshiva University.
