Dries is the EY EMEIA Indirect Tax Compliance & Reporting Leader, who brings central delivery support to clients on EMEIA and international value-added tax (VAT) compliance. He also oversees and steers the quality of processes and go-to-market activities.
With more than 15 years of experience, he has led practices on international VAT compliance with companies in different industries that have an internal shared service center and/or work with external business process outsourcing providers.
Dries has a master’s degree in Commercial Sciences with a focus in Finance from EHSAL, Brussels, and a master’s degree in Tax from KUL, Leuven.
He speaks Dutch, French, English and has basic knowledge in German.
