Federico heads EY Global Financial Services Risk Management. Since joining EY in 2000, he has led a number of complex global advisory projects in internal audit and compliance.
He has extensive experience in large-scale multinational groups, corporate governance, compliance assessment, remediation plans, implementation, performance improvement, operational efficiency and post-merger integration.
Federico has deep knowledge of foreign bank organization and compliance duties and has worked in transaction support and due diligences, IT risk, audit support and external audit.
He earned a degree in Business Administration and Economics from University Cattolica in Milan.
