Frederik is a Life Sciences Partner based in Switzerland and leads the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice globally for Life Sciences.
Frederik has significant experience advising multinational clients on finance and accounting matters, including harmonizing and accelerating finance processes. He also has extensive experience with M&A and divestiture transactions, valuations and purchase price allocations.
He spent six years in the US serving Fortune 500 clients and working as part of the EY Global Life Sciences team, supporting EY teams and clients from a sector perspective.
Since 2017, he has been a permanent lecturer for financial and non-financial reporting at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Frederik holds a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Controlling and a PhD in M&A Deal Structure Accounting from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Frederik is Swiss licensed audit expert, German Certified Public Accountant and a US Certified Public Accountant.
