Gerard has over 25 years of experience supporting all aspects of the HR, people and workforce agenda for global organizations.
He is the EY global leader for People Advisory Services Tax, which encompasses workforce mobility, total rewards and HR transactions. Gerard previously led the mobility practice for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa, along with being the People Advisory Services leader for EY Switzerland.
He has implemented full-scale, global projects including mobility transformation and program management, payroll implementation, compensation structuring and strategic workforce planning. He gained deep subject-matter knowledge in international mobility through the management of global tax affairs for board members and regular interaction with C-suite executives.
Gerard is based in Zurich and is a member of the EY Switzerland Management Committee. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and is qualified by the Association of Accounting Technicians and the Association of Taxation Technicians.
