Hermann Sidhu

Hermann is the EY EMEIA Assurance Leader based in the UK. He has over 20 years of experience serving large multinationals and private audit clients and brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

As EY EMEIA Assurance Leader, Hermann supports Assurance businesses across the EY EMEIA area. He is responsible for maintaining the organization’s market-leading position through innovation, digital transformation and upskilling our talent. He has a strong commitment to providing quality audits, driving change and strengthening key stakeholder relationships.

Prior to his current role, Hermann served as EY Global Assurance Digital Leader where he founded the digital function and developed and implemented the technology strategy for EY Assurance. He also led audits for multinational and global Fortune 100 clients’ shared services centers and advised clients on successful IPOs and M&A transactions. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant, holding BSc and MSc degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Florida.
