Jill serves as the EY Global Tax Managed Services and Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) Leader, where she helps clients reimagine their tax and finance operating models to navigate evolving regulations, technology and talent demands.
With over 30 years of experience, Jill understands the challenges faced by global tax and finance leaders. She advises clients on company risks and efficiencies while identifying tax planning opportunities. As a champion of transformation, Jill supports organizations in embracing innovative solutions, including AI, to streamline processes and enhance quality and speed, driving sustainable growth.
Previously, Jill served as the EY Americas Leader for GCR and Tax & Finance Operate. She was also a Tax Leader for the Consumer Products & Retail sector in US Central, as well as being part of EY's International Tax Services practice.
Jill holds a BSc in Accountancy from Villanova University and an MSc in Taxation from DePaul University.
