Kate is a Senior Analyst for Global Government and Infrastructure at the global EY organization. She leads the strategic foresights portfolio that explores what’s next for the public sector and how government effectiveness can translate into improved public trust and resilience.
With extensive experience in US and international policy analysis and coalition-building, Kate has a proven track record of accomplishing narrative and legislative change, with experience in national security, diplomacy, and organizational and community development. A seasoned policy strategist and organizational leader, she is known for her ability to connect the dots and distill complex information into actionable insights.
Kate holds an MA in Democracy and Governance from Georgetown University, and a BA in Middle Eastern and North African Studies from UCLA.
