Kevin is a principal at EY-Parthenon within the Strategy and Execution practice, renowned for leading clients through all operational aspects of divestitures, integrations and organizational transformations, with a particular emphasis on the chemicals, oil and gas, industrials and automotive sectors.
Kevin’s pivotal role at EY US includes advising clients on their business portfolio and driving operational improvements for underperforming businesses. He has helped multiple global clients through the entire deal lifecycle of a carve-out or a merger to achieve the desired deal outcome. He has also helped multiple clients through complex strategic transformations that have realized significant value within the first 1-2 years.
Kevin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
