Kristin is a Director in Business Consulting at EY Consulting GmbH in Germany, specializing in sustainability with a focus on ESG reporting and the healthcare sector. She joined EY in July 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience in driving sustainable transformations. Prior to EY, Kristin was the Head of Sustainability for a pharmaceutical distribution company, where she developed and implemented the company's sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, and climate action initiatives.
Her current focus is on the implementation of sustainability reporting in accordance with the CSRD, sustainability management, the operationalization of sustainability strategies, and the establishment of ESG governance structures.
Kristin has over 15 years of experience in ESG reporting and sustainability management. She holds a BA in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth and a PhD in Economics from the University of Oldenburg, where she graduated summa cum laude.
